In an email that included off the record remarks not included below, Marty Lavin, J.D., a multi-year manufactured housing industry financial success story who participated in numerous Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) meetings and discussions, said the following to MHProNews.

Part I

AttorneyMartyLavinJ.D.ManufacturedHousingInstituteAwardWinnerPhotoMHProNews“I am very conservative and follow the advice of radio personality Howie Carr who always votes for the candidate who is “likely to hurt me the least”.

That said, while Donald Trump is a highly flawed man and has played into the hands of his enemies, I can’t help but follow my own advice for this election. “Never mind what people are saying, watch what is happening. That tells you the truth”. And if I look at the Trump term and most of the Biden term,  the country did well with Trump but I’m not sure it could survive another term of what Biden and his handlers have wrought or an expansion of it.”

More on Lavin and those remarks shortly, but out of sequence from the headline topics for this article is the following definition of a life hack.

The meaning of LIFE HACK is a usually simple and clever tip or technique for accomplishing some familiar task more easily and efficiently.” That’s according to Merriam Webster.

In an email from the popular but sometimes controversial Dr. Joseph Mercola was the following tip or life hack.

Unexpected Happiness – How to Find Joy in Your Hardest Days

If you fall sick, don’t fall into the trap of thinking your life is horrible. Take inspiration from this incredible young woman who was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at birth and states: ‘Some of my favorite moments of my entire life were when I was in the hospital.’

It would be entirely relevant to ask Lavin, Andy Gedo, yourself, Mercola, or anyone else these questions. ‘What is the meaning and purpose of life?’ ‘What is the meaning of pain or discomfort in life?’ Once the initial answer is given, it would then be relevant to ask follow-up questions to probe statements and issues more deeply.

It should be noted that some of observed that pain in the body is a signal that something is wrong. That something may require change. Similarly, pain in life can be a signal that something is wrong. That also may signal a need for change. Hold those thoughts.

There is no obvious need to ask Buffett about some of that, because a documentary bio-pic Buffett was seemingly happy to be involved in made his views quite clear on a range of subjects by the end of the video.

Warren Buffett apparently decided at a young age to make money. Per some of his own remarks, Buffett apparently did not follow in his father’s footsteps politically or religiously, but he doubtlessly had some benefits from his father. More on Buffett’s father shortly. As a centi-billionaire, Buffett ranks among the financial titans of the U.S. and the world. At times he has been the ‘richest man in the world,’ at other times he has consistently been in the top 10 in America, which is routinely the largest group of wealthy individuals on the planet. Buffett and others in his class could fit the definitions of an oligarch or plutocrat.

According to Oxford Languages an oligarch is as follows.

  1. a ruler in an oligarchy.”
  2. “a very rich business leader with a great deal of political influence”

Cambridge Dictionary said something similar as a definition for an oligarch.

  • someone who is extremely rich and powerful, especially a person from Russia who became rich after the end of the former Soviet Union…”

Oxford Languages defines a plutocrat as follows:

  • “a person whose power derives from their wealth.”

Longtime and detail-minded MHProNews reader may recall that billionaire Nick Hanauer authored an op-ed via left-leaning Politico with this title: “The Pitchforks Are Coming… For Us Plutocrats.” That post said in part the following.

“Memo: From Nick Hanauer To: My Fellow Zillionaires.”

Nick Hanauer is a Seattle-based entrepreneur.”

Hold those thoughts. Note again that Hanauer opted to use Politico to carry his missive, which as noted is rated as a left-leaning news media platform. In practice, Politico routinely aligns with Democratic Party politics. The late king of talk radio, Rush Limbaugh and the former NYPD and Secret Service agent turned talk radio, author, and media mogul, Dan Bongino – who now has Limbaugh‘s coveted time slot – referenced Politico precisely as an indicator of Democratic thinking and planning. It is worth mentioning that “Politico, a digital media company acquired by Axel Springer in October 2021 that operates in North America and Europe.” That’s another tale for another time.

Next, recall that Buffett rejected his father’s Republican leanings and religious beliefs. Per left-leaning Wikipedia are the following points about Buffett’s father.

QuoteMarksLeftSideHoward Homan Buffett (August 13, 1903 – April 30, 1964) was an American businessman, investor, and politician. He was a four-term Republican United States Representative for the state of Nebraska. He was the father of Warren Buffett, the billionaire businessman and investor.”

In a description of his politics, that also flashed his Christian beliefs, Wikipedia said the following about Howard.

QuoteMarksLeftSideHoward Buffett is remembered for his highly libertarian Old Right stance, having maintained a friendship with Murray Rothbard for a number of years.[7] He “would invariably draw ‘zero’ ratings from the Americans for Democratic Action and other leftist groups.”[8]

Buffett was a vocal critic of the Truman Doctrine and the Marshall Plan.[4] Of the Truman Doctrine, he said: “Our Christian ideals cannot be exported to other lands by dollars and guns.”[9] Buffett was also “one of the major voices in Congress opposed to the Korean adventure,”[8] and “was convinced that the United States was largely responsible for the eruption of conflict in Korea; for the rest of his life he tried unsuccessfully to get the Senate Armed Services Committee to declassify the testimony of CIA head Admiral Roscoe H. Hillenkoetter, which Buffett told [Rothbard] established American responsibility for the Korean outbreak.”[10] The CIA failed to predict the Marxist invasion of the Republic of Korea in 1950, just as it had failed to predict the Soviet Atomic Bomb the previous year, it was these intelligence failures that Rear Admiral Hillenkoetter testified about.

Speaking on the floor of Congress, he opposed military interventionism:

Even if it were desirable, America is not strong enough to police the world by military force. If that attempt is made, the blessings of liberty will be replaced by coercion and tyranny at home. Our Christian ideals cannot be exported to other lands by dollars and guns. Persuasion and example are the methods taught by the Carpenter of Nazareth, and if we believe in Christianity we should try to advance our ideals by his methods. We cannot practice might and force abroad and retain freedom at home. We cannot talk world cooperation and practice power politics.[10][11]

In the summer of 1962, he wrote “an impassioned plea… for the abolition of the draft” in the New Individualist Review.[6] Buffett wrote:

When the American government conscripts a boy to go 10,000 miles to the jungles of Asia without a declaration of war by Congress (as required by the Constitution) what freedom is safe at home? Surely, profits of U.S. Steel or your private property are not more sacred than a young man’s right to life.[6]

In addition to non-interventionism overseas,[12] Howard Buffett strongly supported the gold standard because he believed it would limit the ability of government to inflate the money supply and spend beyond its means.[13] His son Warren Buffett is not an advocate of the gold standard.[14][15]

So, Buffett’s father Howard was a Christian, Republican, a non-interventionist, who believed in limiting government spending by maintaining the gold standard to back the U.S. dollar. Warren clearly took a very different course, being a self-avowed atheist, typically a backer of leftist policies and Democratic candidates. There is an evidence-based case to be made that Howard Buffett is closer in his beliefs to those of deposed 45th President Donald J. Trump than he is to those of his son Warren.

Those points noted, despite the evidence of the existence of God, took boldly anti-Christian and anti-religious stances on a range of issues. To give cover for their pro-abortion stance, for example, Buffett and his now deceased partner Charlie Munger literally started ‘a church’ to advance their agenda.

Buffett has been described by those who have followed his career and investment philosophy as someone who doesn’t necessarily follow the implications of what he says.  Note carefully how Lebowitz describes Buffett – “it is far better for investors to watch what “The Oracle” does as an investor rather than hang on his words.” That is similar to what Lavin has long advocated, and mentioned again in his remarks quoted above. “Never mind what people are saying, watch what is happening. That tells you the truth” – said Lavin’s recently emailed comments.

See CFA Lebowitz’s analysis at the link here: and see how we’ve applied that in our inquiry to Berkshire board member and attorney Ronald Olson at the link found further below.

Left-leaning Barron’s has similarly noted that contrast between deeds Buffett’s words and carefully cultivated image.

Before doing a mini-summary, let’s consider some classic and often cited remarks.

Buffett’s “Chains of habit are too light to be felt until they are too heavy to be broken” is not novel, but it is routinely cited. Understanding human tendencies is useful to investors, those in sales and marketing, and  for others too. Understanding the effect of habits is useful for self-reflection as well.

For those willing to take the time to carefully unpack the distinctions between Buffett’s words and Buffett’s deeds, a remarkably interesting longform interview with left-leaning CNBC yielded these gems.

Hyperbole is more common with some individuals, speakers and writers than others.  Some exaggerate to make a point.  A previous version of what Lavin said above was expressed as follows. “Pay more attention to what people do than what they say.” That statement is arguably more precise than the one Lavin used, quoted above.  But equally important is the dictum of “Follow the money.”  Again, these are not novel, but they are useful. Investigators have long applied those notions, along with the idea of cui bono? Meaning “Who benefits” from a certain pattern of behavior?

Marty Lavin is an MHI award winner and a longtime MHI member. He has years of experience in retail, communities, and manufactured home financing.

See her TedX talk and related on spotting fake news at this link here.

Buffett himself has spoken about his ties to government and has called government a partner.

Buffett has been described by as someone who buys into monopolistic (sometimes, oligopoly style) profits. Several of his own remarks indicate as much.  Andy Gedo’s and manufactured housing industry related remarks and facts found linked here go into the Warren Buffett moat philosophy, and what Buffett, people like Kevin Clayton, and pro-Buffett researchers like Bud Labitan have said about Buffett and “the moat.”

While Buffett has openly supported leftist causes and candidates, his own son Peter (perhaps in a matter-of-fact fashion, not necessarily as a criticism of his centi-billionaire dad), said in written and verbal interview formats that often the kind of charities that exist (and Peter heads one of his father’s charities – the leftist NoVo Foundation) lock the poor and the supposed beneficiaries of the charity into the status quo. They don’t free them; they keep those in need in place.

Note that Peter Buffett’s remarks aligned with some observations from the acclaimed documentary drama, Poverty Inc. Some arguably key, compelling and insightful pull quotes from Poverty, Inc. are useful.

In a left-leaning New York Times video op-ed, documentary and video journalist Johnny Harris said in a video viewed just shy of 10 million times on this date the following. As a disclosure, not an endorsement, MHProNews has checked out several of Harris’ videos. It would be fair to say that some are well thought out, even if counterarguments could be made.

QuoteMarksLeftSideIt’s easy to blame the other side. And for many Democrats, it’s obvious that Republicans are thwarting progress toward a more equal society. But what happens when Republicans aren’t standing in the way? In many states — including California, New York and Illinois — Democrats control all the levers of power. They run the government. They write the laws. And as we explore in the video above, they often aren’t living up to their values. In key respects, many blue states are actually doing worse than red states. It is in the blue states where affordable housing is often hardest to find, there are some of the most acute disparities in education funding and economic inequality is increasing most quickly. Instead of asking, “What’s the matter with Kansas?” Democrats need to spend more time pondering, “What’s the matter with California?””

Harris’ point is interesting, and for someone on the left, disturbing and challenging. Many on the left claim to be helping the poor, the lower middle class, and minority groups when upon closer examination they and their policies are not delivering what they claimed.  Nor is Harris’ contention unique. Michael Weinstein flatly said that on housing, “Corporate Democrats” “have failed Americans in need.” In an apparent reference to the so-called military-industrial-spy complex, Weinstein has made the argument that there is an “affordable housing industrial complex” that is taking in ‘tens of billions’ annually that is “wasted.”  These are left-leaning sources and thinkers making some rather sobering admissions and remarks.

Then, keep in mind the billionaire Nick Hanauer remarks previously recalled.

It is useful to keep in mind that the billionaire class often owns or has interests in publicly traded firms. Especially for someone like Buffett who leads a publicly traded firm, their remarks may be construed to reflect on corporate policies.

UPenn’s Penn Carey Law states: “Corporate officers and directors currently owe duties only to the corporation’s shareholders.” Apparently left-leaning Wolters Kluwer describes itself as a “Wolters Kluwer is a global provider of professional information” in areas that include: “ESG, finance, compliance, and legal.” They said: “Wolters Kluwer reported 2023 annual revenues of €5.6 billion.” “The group serves customers in over 180 countries, maintains operations in over 40 countries, and employs approximately 21,400 people worldwide.” In an article under the heading of corporate officers and directors’ duties, they stated:

QuoteMarksLeftSideAs persons in control of the property of others, directors are fiduciaries. As such, they must act in the best interests of those they serve.

Directors owe a duty of care to their corporation. This duty requires directors to stay informed about corporate developments and to make informed decisions. In addition, directors owe the corporation a duty of loyalty. This duty mandates that the best interests of the corporation take precedence over any personal interests a director may have. For example, directors cannot compete with the corporation or usurp a corporate opportunity for personal gain.

Most states have adopted a statutory standard of conduct that directors must abide by. These statutes generally provide that a director must discharge his or her duties as a director in good faith, with the care an ordinarily prudent person in a like position would exercise under similar circumstances, and in a manner he or she reasonably believes to be in the best interests of the corporation.”

Wolters Kluwer also stated: “Corporations may eliminate or limit their directors’ liability for a breach of fiduciary duty by so providing in their articles of incorporation. However, in general, they cannot eliminate or limit liability for a breach of the duty of loyalty, for acts made in bad faith or which involve intentional misconduct or a knowing violation of law…”

QuoteMarksLeftSideThe officers of a corporation are the agents through which the board of directors acts. The board makes the decisions and designates the officers to execute them.

In general, the duties of each officer are set forth in the bylaws or, to the extent consistent with the bylaws, are prescribed by the board of directors. Usually, the bylaws will provide for several corporate officers. The most common are the president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. The president usually makes decisions of corporate policy and operations. The vice president assumes the president’s functions in his or her absence. A vice president will also often be responsible for running part of the corporation’s business or operations.”

There are many possible takeaways, but the SEC says that: “The Company requires that employees, officers and directors comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to the Company.”

Skillsoft says: “No employee, officer or director shall, directly or indirectly, make or cause to be made a materially false or misleading statement…” MHProNews has provided readers with detailed SEC guidance on materiality at this link here.

A mini-summary with an added item is now in order for headline-topics and life hack purposes. In no particular order of importance are the following.

  • Lavin said he votes for those who he thinks will hurt him less.
  • Lavin asserts he is conservative, meaning more on the political right.
  • Buffett’s father Howard was not poor. Howard was well connected and successful, though obviously not as wildly wealthy as his son became. Howard Buffett was also on the right.
  • By implication, donations, statements, funding of causes and more, Warren Buffett has largely aligned with the Democratic Party and the political left.
  • At least formally, Warren Buffett has rejected religion and claims to be an atheist.
  • Peter Buffett has spoken and written about what has been described as: Philanthro-Feudalism, Philanthro-Capitalism, the Charitable Industrial Complex.

  • The Institute for Policy Studies (IPS) spotlighted our MHLivingNews sister-site and MHProNews report and analysis on several of these issues, as the screen capture below attests.

Our analysis and reports are not specifically produced with the intention of getting some mainstream media operation (news aggregators like Yahoo or MSN) or nonprofit organization, such as IPS above or the Institute for Justice (IJ) below, to spotlight them.  But from time-to-time that does occur. That is perhaps because we routinely take the time to carefully document the facts presented (as in this report or those linked) and apply reasonable inferences from them.  Those sources that have referenced our work come from left-center-and right leaning sources and organizations.  That is mentioned because it should give confidence to our readers that we focus on facts, evidence, and then apply common sense through the lens of manufactured housing industry expertise that has been praised for accuracy and high standards.

That said, there is an evidence-based case to be made that Democratic leaning sources have acknowledged that the billionaire class has largely ‘captured’ the political left in the U.S., and perhaps in other so-called nations as well. Recent elections in Europe and Argentina indicate that there is a push-back to the policies those leftist sources have been promoting, that benefit the wealthy insiders to the disadvantage of the poor and middle class. Ironically, as some Democrats moan about the ‘threat to democracy’ from Republicans and Trump, some of those same sources have all but admitted that they are controlled by often far wealthier corporate interests and billionaires than Trump represents.  Uber-leftist billionaire and major backer George Soros of Open Secrets and other leftist causes has documented the far greater funding that the left gives Democrats than they do Republicans or Trump.

With those facts in mind, as 2024 elections draw closer by the day, noting that the November 5, 2024 general election date often has weeks of early voting available, depending on the jurisdiction. Per the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) is the following.

“As of March 2024, forty-six states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands offer early in-person voting to all voters (this includes states with all-mail elections). Four states—Alabama, Delaware, Mississippi and New Hampshire—do not offer early in-person voting, though they may provide options for eligible absentee voters.”

“Additionally, eight states and Washington, D.C., run elections primarily by mail, though all retain some early in-person voting options for voters who need or prefer it.”

Housing policies are high on the agenda of many. Few opportunities to influence housing policies may matter more than the upcoming 2024 election. Clearly, under the Democratic controlled federal bureaucracy and the Democratic dominated Congress (though Republicans control the House, it is so narrow that Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (NY-D) has said that they have de-facto control over appropriations and other measures) has resulted in the worst housing affordability in decades.

Keep the left-leaning (meaning, pro-Democratic) New York Times remarks by Johnny Harris in the video posted above in mind. In Democratic states, are some of the worst examples of unaffordable housing in the U.S. If someone wonders what direction the country would go if it was run only by Democrats, look to California, New York, Illinois, or other Democratic dominated states as obvious examples. Among the points Harris made in that video is that taxation in the blue states often benefits the wealthiest, while the middle class pays much of the burden of the taxes. Surprising to some, but that is what research Harris said points to in contrast to certain myths and misconceptions.

A growing number of traditionally Democratic leaning constituencies are ‘waking up’ to these realities that MHProNews has periodically reported to our readers for over a decade. Facts should matter more than impressions or habits based upon false notions.

Left-leaning IPS said the threat to democracy is coming from leftist billionaires like Buffett and Gates.

In a brazen and apparently hypocritical attempt to rob voters of an actual choice, Democrats and their leftist allies have attempted to take Trump off the ballot in several states.  While that attempt by Democrats appears to be failing, that “political lawfare” comes at a financial cost for the Trump campaign. It also comes with a political price tag among some “low information” voters getting the impression that Trump should not be a choice for voters, because Democrats portray him as a ‘threat to democracy.’ This is what Democratic official Victoria Nuland described as a Russian technique of blaming on their opposition what they themselves are guilty of doing. While Nuland didn’t say so, obviously, others by besides Russians – can and have used that methodology of “classic Russian technique to blame the other party for what they are planning to do themselves123. ” That can be deployed by Democrats when they accuse Trump of being a threat to democracy, when it is Democrats and Democratic policies that may be the actual threat to democracy. There are civil and criminal attempts to take large chunks of Trump’s wealth, limit or strip him of his liberty.  As MHProNews has reported, left-leaning CNBC Shark Tank star Kevin O’Leary has warned that what New York has done in those anti-Trump lawfare actions.  Elon Musk and others have made similar observations.

Editorially count MHProNews as an Elon Musk skeptic. Some think Musk is now ‘conservative,’ that is far from clear based on a range of evidence. That he has taken a more balanced stance since buying Twitter may be a fair point.

WMAL, a typically conservative talk radio station out of Washington, D.C., features Larry O’Connor, Chris Plante, Dan Bongino, Vince Coglianese, and Mark Levin among their lineup of hosts. O’Connor features a rotation of co-hosts who are typically women, such as Amber Athey, Washington Editor at The Spectator; Julie Gunlock, Director of the Center for Progress and Innovation at Independent Women’s Forum; Patrice Onwuka-director of the Center for Economic Opportunity at the Independent Women’s Forum, and Mercedes Schlapp. Per left-leaning Wikipedia; “Mercedes Schlapp is an American communications specialist and political commentator for both English and Spanish media.” Morning Air, O’Connor and Company’s show is 4 hours, the other that follow are typically 3 hours M-F. WMAL has been sporting the tag line “Making Sense of the News” for some time.  While the style of each of these hosts is obviously different, a mix of wit, facts, satire, sarcasm, some hyperbole, audio files which illustrate their points that source from the left and right plus a dose of call in and guests are common. As MHProNews routinely sources (as the above quoted items reflect) often more from the left than the right, it is useful to listen and hear what the right is thinking and why.  So, besides a broad base of information from inside and outside of MHVille, by consuming mainstream news and research, MHProNews is often able to discern how manufactured housing related issues fits into the broader political and economic landscape, based upon sources from across the left-center-right divide. For those on the left, listening in for some time may at first be uncomfortable, because the barbs at the left are routine.  But once that is accounted for, the experience can be stunning.

While the AllSides media bias chart has some differences from the one provided by Sharyl Attkisson, they often agree. A close look at Attkisson’s chart reveals that often larger media outlets are in the hands of the political left. Additionally, Google, Bing (Microsoft-MSN), Yahoo, Facebook, YouTube and other big tech platforms are also on the political left. Thus, former Democrat and former award-winning CNN Washington, D.C. correspondent Chris Plante has observed that Democrats and the left have “media dominance.’

With that broad context in mind, consider the following reports.

Like it or not, Trump and what seems to be a majority of Republicans are making ‘a play’ for the youth vote, and for increased support among Blacks, Hispanics, women and other groups that they have not been as popular with in the past as Democrats. There is evidence, based on polling, that these outreach efforts are bearing fruit. The reasons are many, but among them, is pure self-interest and economic realities. The quality of life has deteriorated during Biden’s time in office.

While the right may be making some gains, the left, per sources such as Chris Plante, has long had “information dominance.” Plante asserts that “it’s good to be a Democrat” because the left-leaning media and big tech often gives them cover rather than presses them for policy, hypocrisy, or other fails. What was once a Saul Alinsky style tactic of mocking conservatives has become a staple among some on the right of mocking Democrats.

As this report is being written, a convention of young adults that has joined forces with AMAC – Association of Mature American Citizens – is underway in the swing (but typically left-leaning) state of Michigan. Turning Point Action’s Charlie Kirk, and AMAC’s Rebecca Weaver are among those leading a convention billed as the People’s Convention. MHProNews previously reported that TPUSA has previously announced plan to activate millions of previously disengaged voters for 2024 in an effort to swamp the polls with people that already hold to Trump-MAGA-America First style policies, but for whatever reasons have not shown up at the polls. Among them are younger voters.

Heritage led Project 2025 is another effort to learn from the left what is necessary to not only win an election but then to govern in a manner that gets their agenda into effect in a practical fashion. The former MHI VP Lois Starkey-turned HUD staffer link to these issues is worth mentioning.

According to several sources on the left, as cited above and below, it is apparent that Democrats have become the party of the financial elites. While they posture support for the masses, the practical impact of their policies often benefits the wealthiest and most connected.

That’s part of the method that Warren Buffett and others of his ilk have apparently been part of developing for decades.  Billionaires who may posture being ‘philanthropists’ but when carefully examined, they are benefiting themselves. As a Citigroup linked memo reflected, while the trappings of elections and the rule of law is still in place, the nation has become increasingly what Citigroup said as follows. “We will posit that: 1) the world is dividing into two blocs – the plutonomies, where economic growth is powered by and largely consumed by the wealthy few, and the rest.”

QuoteMarksLeftSideWhat are the common drivers of Plutonomy?
Disruptive technology-driven productivity gains, creative financial innovation, capitalist-friendly cooperative governments, an international dimension of immigrants and
overseas conquests invigorating wealth creation, the rule of law, and patenting inventions. Often these wealth waves involve great complexity, exploited best by the rich and educated of the time.
2) We project that the plutonomies (the U.S., UK, and Canada) will likely see even more income inequality, disproportionately feeding off a further rise in the profit share in their
economies, capitalist-friendly governments, more technology-driven productivity, and globalization.
3) Most “Global Imbalances” (high current account deficits and low savings rates, high consumer debt levels in the Anglo-Saxon world, etc) that continue to (unprofitably) preoccupy the world’s intelligentsia look a lot less threatening when examined through the prism of plutonomy.”

The link between the plutocrats and plutonomies is apparent. Buffett had a point when he said: “There’s class warfare, all right, but its my class, the rich class that’s making war, and we’re winning.” They are making war through a variety of methods, that can include propping up someone that may seem to be conservative but is in fact just a shill for the billionaires and their corporate-leftist interests. For instance, former Representatives Liz Warren (WY-R) and Adam Kinzinger (IL-R) are possible examples of that pattern. Also mentioned at times in that squishy group among Republicans is Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (KY-IL).

MHProNews has reported for several years various concerns touted by the left are often little more than what Victoria Nuland described as Russian style posturing and projecting.  Great phrases are mere hooks that bring in voters who like the sound of what is being promised but may not realize that was it is promised isn’t what is being delivered.  The richer are getting richer.

To Marty Lavin’s point, for whatever flaws Trump has, he is already proven through 4 prior years in office of being a candidate that left American’s better off. Left-leaning CNN research demonstrated that point.

CNN is not a pro-Trump media outlet, but using federal data, this graphic from their news company reflects the upward trend of income following President Trump’s enactment of the tax cuts and jobs act. It is worth noting that Democratic President John F. Kennedy Jr. did similarly. Income and productivity also rose. During the Reagan Administration, former Democrat turned Republican Ronald Reagan cut taxes with a similar outcome as Presidents Kennedy and Trump. Facts matter.

There is widespread speculation among Democrats and Republicans that Biden ‘won’t make it’ to the 2024 general election. That doesn’t mean that Biden won’t be alive. It does mean that that numbers of observers think that Biden will drop out or otherwise be replaced. If so, among the possible candidates that could be advanced are Governor Gavin Newsome (CA-D), Michelle Obama, and some other governors and Democratic politicos. They are a good reason to carefully watch the NY Times video by Harris, posted above. Because the policies from those left-leaning Democratic states do not work as advertised. Who says so? In this instance, Harris and the left-leaning NY Times.  But as MHProNews has been reporting for years, several pro-Democratic media platforms have made similar admissions and findings – that the supposed party of the common man is in fact the party of the billionaires and their corporate interests.

There are RINOs just as there are DINOs. The billionaire class and their corporate interests wield enormous influence over U.S. politics. Something similar is often true in other nations too. Numbers have said for years that there is a two-tiered justice system in America, citizens must ponder the meaning of the Trump property raid by the FBI as a possible example of an excessive show of force that have been displayed against other Trump supporters in recent years, often with little or no result in terms of convictions for a serious crime.

In conclusion, if there is to be a real change for the better, it is necessary for people to be as well informed about the facts and issues as possible. If the future is to be brighter, rather than dimmer, it is useful for people of all ages, backgrounds, and identity groups to recognize the truth instead of carefully crafted fictions.

It can be simple, as Lavin put it: “I look at the Trump term and most of the Biden term, the country did well with Trump but I’m not sure it could survive another term of what Biden and his handlers have wrought or an expansion of it.” To learn more, see the linked and related reports.
