“MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has released “Absolute Proof,” his documentary purporting to explain the unfounded claims of election fraud, and it’s just as unhinged as you’d expect,” so says left-of-center Vice.
They posted this disclaimer from One America News Network (OANN or OAN). No surprise, perhaps, that Vice did not post the full Lindell video?!? Or that Vice used the old ad hominem slur methodology rather than go to the actual heart of the issues and present both sides fairly? It is arguably as if someone dusted off George Orwell’s 1984 novel and amped up the propaganda and the hate, all while calling it “love” of Big Brother.

“The statement goes on to say that the network doesn’t “adopt or endorse” claims about Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic—both of which have filed multibillion-dollar lawsuits against Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and others who have pushed or promoted the election fraud conspiracy.” That includes Fox News, which released Lou Dobbs on Friday, despite the fact the Dobbs had the top-rated show on the Fox Business Network (FBN). Fox deflected from the claim that let Dobbs go because of the legal action pending, saying they will vigorously defend themselves. The indicated the Dobbs’ move was standard rotation of their lineup, or some such (arguably BS) rationale.
On right-of-center 100 Percent Fed Up had this disclosure.

In full disclosure, I testified in front of the MI Senate Oversight Committee about my experience as a GOP poll challenger at the TCF Center in Detroit, MI. where I witnessed Wayne County election workers entering a birth date of 1/1/1900 multiple times after the name and address on the absentee ballot they were counting was not found on the voter rolls. Entering the same birth date over and over again appeared to prevent the computer from rejecting the ballot by overriding a function in the computer.”
It is part of the fear sweeping pro-Trump or even neutral media.

What’s missing from Lindell’s “Absolute Proof” – ask Vice? They or others would want you to believe their claim that there is no proof, much less absolute proof.
Ask certain right-of-center and even pro-Trump platforms, and sadly, several have not as of the time this is being written reported on this video of Lindell’s, much less posted it.
That later point is the fear that multi-billion dollar lawsuits have generated. That is the fear the big tech has fostered after taking down Twitter rival Parler, which Representative Devin Nunes (CA-R) decried as possible antitrust and RICO violations.
If this past 2020 election has been rigged, as the evidence linked below alleges, then the USA is no longer operating under the consent of the governed.

These are among the reasons why MHProNews has been advocating several things for freedom loving Americans – regardless of how they voted or failed to vote – should do to protect their rights and that of their fellow citizens. That should include, but not be limited to, instructions on the rights of a single citizen-juror to vote “not guilty” at a civil or criminal trial, which can often block the powerful from prosecution of weaker opposition.
If the schedule holds, on February 9, 2021, the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, will have his second Senate “impeachment” trial scheduled to start. Millions – perhaps half the country – believe he legitimately won the 2020 election. That is a problem for all those billionaires behind the Biden-Harris regime.
The fact that Washington, D.C. is still militarized raises the doubt about the claim that Biden-Harris ticket won by a landslide.
Once the “sham-peachment” is over, which President Trump is expected to win, his legal team may or may not move toward a Writ of Quo Warranto. Since the below report was published, several legal source sources from the left and right have confirmed the validity of the approach attorney Leo Donofrio argues is how President Trump can regain office without waiting “four more years.”
Check out the bottom of our home page which has been there long before Lindell’s video or other election controversies had that disclaimer on it. For those Trump-haters that think we should not be able to exercise First Amendment rights in a responsible fashion, keep in mind that the argument being weighed against OAN will not apply to MHProNews.
“So for instance, if you tune in OAN and watch 45 minutes of the middle of Lindell’s movie, it would be plausible to argue that OAN is defaming, because you sensibly assume the stuff they’re broadcasting at length is their content,” said arguably anti-Trump Vice.

As political independents who have signed up or been placed on lists for emails from the left and right, Democratic and Republican sources, this one from the RNC on 2.6.2021 is worth pondering.
“Chuck and Nancy sitting in a tree K-I-L-L-I-N-G our jobs,” an apparent – and let’s be candid, rather lame reference to a childhood song. It goes on, “Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi have everything they have ever wanted: A Yes Man in the White House, control of Congress, and a mainstream media that acts like their lap dogs.
Yet, they still want more.
They are continuing with their pointless impeachment ploy to waste EVERYONE’s time and money.”
Republicans have their own woes. By failing to robustly stand for President Trump, much of their base is angry, as our prior post linked below vividly exemplifies. Despite word that the 45th president has no plans to start a third party, some muse that the disclaimer was not air tight. Time will tell…

Postscript
The Washington, D.C. based trade group that represents the interests of independent – as opposed to ‘larger corporate’ – HUD Code manufactured home producers is the Manufactured Housing Association for Regulatory Reform (MHARR). Attorney Mark Weiss led MHARR deals in reality, hard facts, evidence, and data. It would be fair to say that they are looking for the best possible methods of approach on any given challenge.

MHARR, in a January 22, 2021 communication, has welcomed Rep. Marcia Fudge (D-OH), President Biden’s nominee to become Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Congresswoman Fudge, who has represented a district in the Cleveland, Ohio area for seven terms, comes to HUD with a deep understanding of the housing needs of lower and moderate-income Americans and the urgent need to expand access to affordable housing and homeownership, such as that provided by mainstream, affordable manufactured homes.
MHARR looks forward to Rep. Fudge’s confirmation as HUD Secretary and the opportunity to work with her and other Biden Administration appointees at HUD, to advance the availability and utilization of mainstream, affordable manufactured housing in all areas of the United States.
