It seems like some days the 'off the radar' potential topics are far more numerous than the on the radar ones. This is one of those days. Might we see something interesting in the way of internal politics take place soon? Wait and see. But one (or more?) of the normal drum beat(s) was strangely absent this past few days, which suggests that some internal development(s) may be the shaping up or quietly taking place.

If you are an MH Pro, lucky you…because we have some “forward looking thoughts.” The interest is reviving in topics we launched or supported last year or even the previous year on topics ranging from how our industry can tap the potential from federal and/or state programs, or could re-direct some of those energies (and monies…!) in ways that could profit manufactured housing. Subsidized housing has become 'a competitor,' but can we turn it into an opportunity in disguise?

Yes, we can and should. One of our client's is starting to tap into that potential, and others could too. We should be working on this at the state and national association levels to get the maximum benefit from this semi-hidden opportunity.

We have word that patriotism will be on display at the Tunica Manufactured Housing Show, which is coming up fast. Details are sketchy, but we are told will be firmed up soon and announced here when it happens.
