Vintners Replace Manufactured with Modular Housing

The owners of Hall Wines in Napa Valley, California purchased the 18 homesite Vineland Vista Mobile Home Park in 2008 with plans to redevelop the space, finally closing it in 2012 after legal wrangling with tenants, according to napavalleyregister.com. Providing the Napa Valley Planning Department approves a use-permit modification and the Board of Supervisors amends an ordinance, Hall will site 15 modular homes and three recreational vehicles. MHProNews has learned the property is surrounded by vineries and agricultural land. The Board of Supervisors will consider the proposal at its next meeting in November.
