Acropolis Management Services LLC (AMS) of Providence, Rhode Island has assumed management of Twin Coach Estates manufactured housing community in Lakeville, Massachusetts. In addition to this 67 homesite community, AMS recently received a contract to manage Edgeway Mobile Home Park in Middleboro, MA. As MHProNews.com reported here Aug. 24, 2012, Edgeway was the focus of violations, missed deadlines and court judgments since it opened in the 1990s under Wayne Williams. After his death in 2006, the property was placed under an administrator who said because of septic and drainage problems the community would be difficult to sell. At one time residents were attempting to form a co-op to buy the 52-homesite Edgeway. Calls to AMS to determine the ownership status of Edgeway were not answered. AMS manages over 50 properties in RI and MA, according to southcoasttoday.com. ##
