The auction of manufactured homes in Bourbonnais, Illinois drew attendees from states as diverse as PA, TX, LA and MS, as well as from IL, MI and IN.  A source at the auction told MHMSM.com that the auction was well organized, and drew sums within 30% of original factory cost.  Manufactured housing retailers and community operators alike came to bid and buy about 90 homes at this site.  Terms of the auction are said to require that all the homes be moved from the TriStar Estates community within 30 days.  Bourbonnais is located south of metropolitan Chicago.
