Spruceland of Canada now Divested of its Two Manufactured Home Communities

Canada_alberta__jubilee_landing__albertahomes.ab.ca__creditFollowing a post MHProNews last covered Dec. 17, 2015 regarding Spruceland Properties, Inc.’s disposition of its assets, as of June 1, 2016 it has finalized the sale of its two manufactured home communities for $40.6 million.

Jubilee Landing in Sherwood Park, Alberta, and Willow Park Estates in Leduc, Alberta went to an undisclosed buyer for $34.6 million in cash and the assumption of mortgages valued at $6 million.

On April 15, 2016, the sale of the corporation’s Lakeland Centre, Lakeland Terrace and Lakeland Place was finalized. As newswire.ca reports, on April 30, 2016 Spruceland finalized the sale of its 50 percent equity in Coventry Lands Group, Inc., as well as the disposition of its 50 percent equity interest in 715555 Alberta Ltd.

Upon the closing of the above-mentioned assets, Spruceland has now disposed of 96 percent of its real estate assets. ##
