Skyline Corp. Falls, Berkshire Hathaway Gains the Most of Tracked Stocks

The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained over 100 points in today’s trading as Blue Chip stocks performed well, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq had the blues, slipping -13.09 points, -0.32 percent, to end the day at 4,067.67. CNNMoney tells MHProNews the Dow gained -117.52 points, +0.72 percent, to finish the day at 16,518.54, while the S&P edged up +10.49, +0.56 percent, to close at 1,878.21.The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite fell -1.37 percent, to finish at 709.2. Tracked housing stocks closed mixed or even in today’s trading, although Clayton Homes, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, as well as MH home-building, lending and other housing suppliers parent company Berkshire Hathaway moved up the most of stocks we follow,+2.23 percent, +4,175.00 points to close at 191,550. Skyline Corp. slipped the most of tracked stocks, falling -5.33 percent, -0.28 points, to close at 4.97. Affiliated Managers Group 196.04 +3.40 (+1.76%). Cavco Industries, Inc. 76.32 -0.48 (-0.62%). Deer Valley Homebuilders remained at 0.70. Drew Industries, Inc. remained unchanged at 49.77. Equity LifeStyle Properties 43.18 +0.57 (+1.34%). Liberty Homes remained unchanged at 0.80. Louisiana Pacific Industries 15.97 -0.24 (-1.47%). Nobility Homes remained steady at 11.10. Patrick Industries 40.40 +0.35 (+0.87%). Sun Communities, Inc. 47.50 +0.45 (+0.96%).
