Now we can say three times is a charm. Three days into the New Year and the Dow Jones Industrial Average has recorded three days of gains. Stocks added another 31 points Wednesday to close at 11,722.89. Deer Valley and Universal Forest Products closed down, but other stocks on our watch list recorded gains. Only recently publicly traded, Walker and Dunlop rose 2.4 percent to close at $10.34, 34 cents above the initial public offering. UMH Properties, Drew Industries, Cavco and All American Group and Skyline Corporation all closed with more than one percentage point added to share value. The Manufactured Housing Industry Composite Value was up 1.1 percent.
