S&P Reaches All-time High; Skyline Leads Housing Stocks we Track

The Dow recovered from an early drop in the morning, eventually moving up 100 points from that low as the S&P reached an all-time high and the Nasdaq remained at its highest point in over 12 years. CNNMoney reports the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained +21.05 points, +0.14 percent, to end the day at 14,839.80. The Nasdaq advanced +0.66 percent, +21.85 points, to close at 3,328.79, while the S&P moved up +0.25 percent, +3.96 points to end the day at 1,597.57. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite fell -0.84% percent to close at 1662.8. Housing stocks we track closed mixed or even. Sun Communities, Inc. gained the most of stocks we follow, gaining +2.40%, +1.20, to close at 51.15. Skyline Corp. fell the most of stocks we track, -1.31%. -0.06 points, to close at 4.53. Affiliated Managers Group 155.10 +3.29 (+2.18%). Cavco Industries, Inc. 45.62 -0.03 (-0.13%). Clayton Homes, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, as well as MH home-building, lending and other housing suppliers parent company Berkshire Hathaway 159,000 -700.00 points (-0.44%). Champion, Liberty Homes and Palm Harbor continued unchanged. Deer Valley remained at 0.74. Drew Industries 36.11 +0.06 (+0.17%). Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. 81.25 +1.01 (+1.26%). Louisiana Pacific Industries 18.12 -0.04 (-0.22%). Nobility Homes remained unchanged at 5.75. Patrick Industries 20.28 +0.29 (+1.45%). Third Avenue Value Fund (April 29) 54.06 +0.31 (+0.58%).
