Following up on a story MHProNews last posted Feb. 15, 2013, concerning a temporary moratorium on the siting of manufactured homes in Magnolia, Ark., magnoliareporter says the Magnolia Planning Commission will continue its discussion at its next meeting. While current regulations require a 65-foot minimum width for siting a manufactured home, Talmadge Johnson Management company has requested a variance to site a home on property 61.67 feet wide.
