Nobility Rises to the Throne as the Three Indexes Show Strength

With all three indexes up between 13% and 15% this year, the strengthening dollar compared to the Japanese yen and other currencies led to another positive day on Wall Street. CNNMoney reports the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose +0.24 percent, +35.87 points, to close at 15,118.49. The Nasdaq gained +0.80 percent, +27.41 points, to finish at 3,436.58, while the S&P advanced +0.43 percent, +0.73 points, to close at 1633.70. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite remained unchanged at 1700.1 for the fourth consecutive day. The stocks we track closed mixed, or even, with Nobility Homes gaining the most, moving up +12.50%, +0.75, to close at 6.75.
