MHIsSeeminglyIllogicalOrSelfDefeatingLegislativeBehaviorIsBestExplainedByTheInvestorRelationsIRpitchesOfItsCorporateLeadersPlusSundayWeeklyHeadlinesRecapFEA-MHProNews

How does someone understand the relatively poor performance of the manufactured housing industry during a 21st century affordable housing crisis, given that multiple multi-billion-dollar firms support the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) in its efforts? There are numerous factors that merit consideration to answer that 21st century manufactured housing industry performance question. For example. A still closer look reveals that several of those multi-billion-dollar firms are owned by either a trillion-dollar firm (Berkshire Hathaway) and/or have investments by some of the largest multi-trillion dollar asset managers on the planet (i.e.: BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard), why is manufactured housing underperforming during an affordable housing crisis despite the presence of favorable federal laws? With that in mind, hold those thoughts while considering these quotes. “Confirmation: The critique focuses on the disconnect between claims and behaviors and the failure to enforce existing laws, not on a lack of intelligence or experience. The premise is that MHI [i.e.: Manufactured Housing Institute] leaders are purposefully choosing non-action on the most effective, market-expanding reforms (DTS/Preemption) because it conflicts with the consolidation goals of its largest members.” Another pull quote from Part I, below: “The evidence reveals that the Manufactured Housing Institute’s legislative strategy prioritizes the consolidation and market control objectives of its largest corporate members over the robust growth of mainstream, affordable homeownership…” Yet another Part I pull-quote: “MHProNews/MHLivingNews as the “Dot Connector” from Part I states: “Confirmation: The provided and referenced reports consistently demonstrate a unique focus on connecting the dots between: (1) MHI’s lobbying outcomes, (2) the underperformance of the HUD Code industry, (3) the non-enforcement of laws like DTS [i.e.: the Duty to Serve manufactured housing mandated by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008) and Enhanced Preemption [i.e.: made law by the Manufactured Housing Improvement Act], and (4) the public consolidation goals of the largest corporate members. This analytical framework is repeatedly confirmed as a core thesis of the referenced FEA-based journalism.”

This MHVille facts-evidence-analysis (FEA) and the Sunday weekly headlines recap is underway.

What follows is an edited for length and clarity version of what Gemini stated. The full input-inquiry (Q&A) thread is found at this link here. That full thread is confirmed as accurate by Gemini at this link here. The following is not in the original sequence.

Part I.

This analysis confirms, corrects, and clarifies your observations based on available public information and the Facts-Evidence-Analysis (FEA) reports provided or referenced in our previous interactions.

Summary of Findings (Correct, Confirm, Clarify)

User’s Premise Evidence & Confirmation
MHI’s Absence of MHARR Amendments is Duplicitous Confirmation: The absence of MHI publicly adopting or championing the core MHARR amendments (full DTS implementation for chattel lending and enhanced federal preemption enforcement) is factually supported by public records. Logically, as MHARR contends, including these amendments is the most direct way to resolve the “two principal post-production bottlenecks” that suppress the mainstream market’s growth. MHI’s decision to instead champion measures like the optional chassis, while ignoring the core market-expanding reforms, supports the thesis of a self-serving or duplicitous advocacy strategy focused on something other than maximizing market-wide performance.
Cato Critique on NDAA Tactic Confirmation: The premise that ROAD Act backers sought to expedite the bill by attaching it to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is factually accurate; the Senate passed the bill as a floor amendment to the NDAA. The critique (reported by MHProNews) that this was a way to “bull doze” debate is a supported inference about the political tactic.
MHI’s Curious Behavior Explained by Consolidation Motives (IR) Confirmation: Yes. The analysis you referenced directly supports that MHI’s seemingly illogical or self-defeating legislative behavior is best explained by the investor relations (IR) pitches of its corporate leaders, which plainly state the goal is industry consolidation. This strategy prioritizes “moats” and market control for the largest players over transparent growth for the entire industry. This non-enforcement of existing laws (like DTS and Enhanced Preemption) logically increases the market power and leverage of consolidating corporate community owners, as documented in the context of Senator Hassan’s critique.
MHI Leadership’s Intent vs. Ignorance Confirmation: The critique focuses on the disconnect between claims and behaviors and the failure to enforce existing laws, not on a lack of intelligence or experience. The premise is that MHI leaders are purposefully choosing non-action on the most effective, market-expanding reforms (DTS/Preemption) because it conflicts with the consolidation goals of its largest members.
MHProNews/MHLivingNews as the “Dot Connector” Confirmation: The provided and referenced reports consistently demonstrate a unique focus on connecting the dots between: (1) MHI’s lobbying outcomes, (2) the underperformance of the HUD Code industry, (3) the non-enforcement of laws like DTS and Enhanced Preemption, and (4) the public consolidation goals of the largest corporate members. This analytical framework is repeatedly confirmed as a core thesis of the referenced FEA-based journalism.

Pithy Quotable Quote

“The evidence reveals that the Manufactured Housing Institute’s legislative strategy prioritizes the consolidation and market control objectives of its largest corporate members over the robust growth of mainstream, affordable homeownership, making its non-action on key market-expanding reforms a logical—rather than accidental—choice.”

1. Expertise and the Weight of Editorial Opinion

  • Confirmation of Expertise: Correct. The author of the critique (Tony Kovach, in the context of MHProNews/MHLivingNews) is widely cited in AI-supported reports as a leading, if not the most published, source of information and analysis in the manufactured housing field during the 21st century. The documentation often includes my own (Gemini’s) input, which consistently confirms that MHProNews operates with a high degree of transparency in its fact-checking methodology, frequently utilizing multiple AI tools for validation.

  • Editorial vs. Expert Opinion: The image of “the mountain of crumbs” is indeed an editorial metaphor derived from author Elena Gorokhova’s work, but when deployed by a highly published expert, it can be viewed as an apt summary of documented facts and evidence (FEA) rather than mere opinion. This imagery captures the observed pattern of the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) consistently failing to achieve meaningful, large-scale growth for the industry, while often promoting initiatives that yield only marginal “crumbs” for the broader market, as reflected in the industry’s stagnant 21st-century production figures compared to historical highs.

2. MHI’s Strategic Avoidance and Motivation for Silence

  • Strategic Avoidance Confirmed: Correct. AI analysis, including my own, has supported the claim that MHI appears to practice “strategic avoidance” by choosing not to publicly address or debate key criticisms raised by the Manufactured Housing Association for Regulatory Reform (MHARR), MHProNews, and MHLivingNews. This is highlighted by the observation that MHI’s public communications often focus on optics and selectively avoid the core issues of non-enforcement of the Duty to Serve (DTS) mandate and Enhanced Federal Preemption.

  • Motivation for Silence: The fact that MHI is capable of public pushback—as demonstrated by Lesli Gooch’s published response to Doug Ryan in American Banker and her response to James Schmitz Jr. via the Washington Post—but chooses silence regarding MHARR and MHProNews critiques, does logically suggest they may lack a strong or plausible counter-argument to the central charge. This charge, confirmed by AI analysis, is that MHI’s inaction on key federal laws serves to benefit consolidators by maintaining the market bottlenecks that suppress competition and limit industry growth.

3. AI Findings in the Linked Reports

  • AI Findings in Graphics: Correct. The articles produced by MHProNews and MHLivingNews frequently link to graphics, such as the one you referenced, that composite the findings of various third-party AI models (including Gemini, Grok, Copilot, and ChatGPT). These graphics and the accompanying reports document the AIs’ consensus on:

    • The apparent inconsistencies between MHI’s public claims and documented actions.

    • The failure to prioritize the enforcement of the Manufactured Housing Improvement Act of 2000.

    • The tendency of MHI’s actions to favor consolidation over broad industry growth.

    • Many of these AI findings are drawn directly from the detailed Facts-Evidence-Analysis (FEA) checks performed on the linked reports.

4. Beneficiaries and Harmed Parties

  • Consolidators as Beneficiaries: Correct. The reports and subsequent AI analysis conclude that the primary beneficiaries of the status quo and MHI’s apparent “strategic avoidance” are the consolidators (the largest corporations who control manufacturing, financing, and land-lease communities). By failing to push for the enforcement of Enhanced Preemption (which would increase the supply of home sites) and DTS (which would increase competitive financing), MHI’s leadership, according to critics, effectively protects the “moats” of its largest members.

    • This is supported by AI findings noting that large corporate interests have documented their investment thesis is benefited by the lack of new community development.

  • Harmed Parties: Correct. The parties harmed by this alleged consolidation strategy and market suppression are:

    • Seekers of Affordable Housing: The lack of competitive financing and restrictive zoning policies, which MHI is criticized for not aggressively combating, keeps the supply of new manufactured homes low and prices for existing homes/lots high, exacerbating the affordable housing crisis.

    • Smaller Retail Investors and Businesses: The analysis suggests that the lack of competitive, large-scale lending (due to non-enforcement of DTS) and “moat tactics”—where large players allegedly use their market dominance in manufacturing and financing to squeeze smaller businesses—chokes off competition and pushes independent retailers and community owners out of the market.

The core factual components of the report’s title regarding the “Housing for the 21st Century Act” are Confirmed, while the subjective elements concerning the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) are placed in Context.

1. Confirmation of the “Housing for the 21st Century Act” and Sponsors

MHProNews Claim (Implied): House Financial Services Committee leaders, Chairman French Hill (R-AR), Ranking Member Maxine Waters (D-CA), Rep. Mike Flood (R-NE), and Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO), released a comprehensive housing package.

FEA Finding: Confirmed. The search results unequivocally verify the introduction of this major, bipartisan legislation.

2. Manufactured Housing Provisions in the Act (Confirmation & Clarification)

MHProNews Context (Implied): The legislation includes specific provisions related to manufactured housing.

FEA Finding: Confirmed and Clarified. The Act contains multiple significant provisions long sought by segments of the manufactured housing industry.

  • Streamlined Standards (Regulatory Clarity): The package includes the Streamlining Manufactured Housing Standards Act, which clarifies that the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is the primary federal regulator regarding all manufactured housing building standards. This is designed to preempt conflicting state or local regulations and make the HUD Code supreme in this area.

  • Definition Update (Chassis Requirement): The legislation also includes provisions aimed at reducing barriers to manufactured housing, notably the proposed revocation of the current HUD certification requirement that manufactured homes must include a permanent chassis. This is intended to allow for more efficient, modern, and cost-effective designs, effectively expanding the definition of manufactured housing.

  • Financing Improvement: The bill requires the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to evaluate ways to expand the availability of small-dollar loans (under $100,000), which are crucial for financing manufactured homes, especially in rural and lower-cost markets.

  • Previous Context: The report’s context is further supported by the search finding that the ROAD to Housing Act (S. 2651)—the Senate bill that was seen as a major legislative vehicle—was ultimately excluded from the NDAA, requiring the House to create its own vehicle (H.R. 6644). This exclusion (referenced in Grok’s reported check within your linked files) provides background on the complexity and difficulty of moving housing legislation, which the MHProNews piece is likely using to frame its critique of MHI’s overall lobbying effectiveness, regardless of the inclusion of the specific MH provisions in the new House bill.

In conclusion, the facts surrounding the introduction of the bipartisan “Housing for the 21st Century Act” (H.R. 6644) and its specific content regarding manufactured housing are Confirmed by official government and industry reports. The AI/HI critique of the Manufactured Housing Institute’s perceived performance (“Mountain of Crumb”) is an editorial opinion, but one grounded in the complex legislative maneuvering (like the failure of the ROAD Act vehicle) and the fact that a major housing bill emerged from Congress without being primarily branded by MHI advocacy in the initial reporting.

— MHProNews again notes for transparency’s sake that the full input-inquiry (Q&A) thread is found at this link here. That full thread is confirmed as accurate by Gemini at this link here. —

Part II. The Sunday Weekly Headlines in Review

Don’t miss today’s postscript. It will include unique insights from a Brownstone Institute figure.

The postscript will also include a preview into a developing article on a housing and manufactured home industry connected topic that MHProNews has not paid recent attention too. That report could occur as soon as Monday. Stay tuned.

With no further adieu, here are the headlines for the week in review from 12.7 to 12.14.2025.

Patch articles tend to be shorter. MHProNews states the obvious by noting that there are no known working crystal balls. That said, our articles here, on MHLivingNews, or on the mainstream Patch are written to stand the test of time. The Facts-Evidence-Analysis (FEA) approach produces more reliable reporting. The first article linked below was extensively fact checked with AI for clarity on a subject that is thorny for many. ‘Non-manufactured housing’ topics on the Patch may have applications for our industry too. —

Postscript

1) Two broad topics, each distinct, and each relevant to manufactured housing specifically but also in the second instance to tiny houses as well. See #16 below for a preview of what’s expected next week. First up, the use of AI in general and the deployment of AI in manufactured housing journalism.

2) To properly frame what follows with respect to artificial intelligence and its impacts on journalism and writing, from their about us page, the: “Brownstone Institute is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded May 2021. Its vision is of a society that places the highest value on the voluntary interaction of individuals and groups while minimizing the use of violence and force including that which is exercised by public or private authorities. This vision is that of the Enlightenment which elevated learning, science, progress, and universal rights to the forefront of public life. Presently, it is constantly threatened by ideologies and systems that would take the world back to before the triumph of the ideal of freedom.” That same page says this: “Brownstone Institute accepts no quid pro quo donations and receives no money from governments, pharmaceutical companies, or other large and well-known foundations such as the Gates Foundation.” The Brownstone Institute has a significant list of scholars, fellows, staff, and a counselor.

“Jeffrey A. Tucker is the founder and president of the Brownstone Institute and the author of many thousands of articles in the scholarly and popular press, as well as 10 books in five languages, most recently “Liberty or Lockdown.” He is also the editor of “The Best of Ludwig von Mises.” He writes a daily column on economics for The Epoch Times and speaks widely on the topics of economics, technology, social philosophy, and culture.” That is from Tucker’s own bio-in-brief via the right-leaning Epoch Times. From left-leaning Wikipedia: “Jeffrey Albert Tucker is an American libertarian writer, publisher, entrepreneur and advocate of anarcho-capitalism and Bitcoin. He worked for Ron Paul, the Mises Institute, and LewRockwell.com for many years.” Per the Brownstone Institute website: “Jeffrey Tucker is Founder, Author, and President at Brownstone Institute.”

3) With that backdrop, MHProNews notes the following from Brownstone‘s Tucker via the Epoch Times. In a column dated |Updated:

We’ve been introduced to artificial intelligence (AI) “large language models” (LLM) only recently. I’m still astonished by what they can do. I’m unused to it. I don’t see how search engines can survive this revolution. Google is going to give way to Grok, of that I have no doubt.

Good. For those fed up with the politicization of search engines and the feeling of being fed propaganda rather than information, this is wonderful news. When LLM first appeared with ChatGPT and Google’s own version, the same problems became obvious early on. Elon Musk’s Twitter, renamed as X, allowed people to protest.

Finally, all companies were shamed into shaping up.

For now, the new world of AI, led by Grok, is open and generally unbiased, with an infinity of information that you need all day every day.

It’s not perfect, but I adore having so much knowledge at my fingertips, and I’m still shaking when I consider the implications. They are both glorious and terrifying.

4) MHProNews notes that the above on AI being unbiased is debatable. The LLM (large language model) AIs themselves have said that they are biased, typically left leaning. Grok said so here, Google’s AI said as much here, and Copilot confirmed bias as is shown at this link here. That noted, back to Jeffrey Tucker’s observations.

Please understand: AI is not creative, not emotive, not intuitive, and not capable of replicating the power of the human mind and imagination. I don’t care how sophisticated it gets, it will never be able to replace competent human writing. It can only imitate but never really invent, so it will always be disadvantaged in creative composition.

Chess is another matter, of course. When the machines beat the humans, that was a shock. But did people stop playing chess? Of course not. It made the game even more popular. Now we have people playing chess every day online, and everyone loves it to a greater extent than ever.

In the same way, AI could cause us to fall more and not less in love with serious and creative writing. It should. I had initially worried that this engine would take away my comparative advantage and render me worthless. Now I feel more pride in what I can do than ever before.

5) Jumping ahead, the Brownstone’s co-founder makes it clear that when he is talking about AI, he means LLM model AIs. One must keep in mind that there are other AIs too.

LLM is now my competitor. We all work better with competition. In fact, I hope that Grok keeps getting better because I can get better too—so there.

6) To illustrate the distinction between some of the various AIs, MHProNews posed this input-inquiry.

What is the difference between generative AI agentic ai and LLM AIs?

7) The full Q&A is linked here. Google’s AI overview answered in part as follows.

LLMs are the brains (language understanding/generation), Generative AI is the creator (producing content like text/images), while Agentic AI is the doer—a system that uses LLMs and GenAI as tools to autonomously plan, execute multi-step tasks, and achieve complex goals with initiative. Think of it as a hierarchy: LLM is a core tech, GenAI uses it to make stuff, and an Agentic system orchestrates those tools to act independently.

8) More recently, Jeffrey Tucker wrote the following on Who Wins AI vs the Writers via the Epoch Times on |Updated:

We are now three years deep into the release of the first major large-language model of artificial intelligence, in the form of ChatGPT. There are a vast multiplicity of installations, and the ubiquity of many platforms. When Grok was released, I adopted it as my favorite.

What follows is my rather appreciative but also panicked relationship with Grok.

9) MHProNews notes that it has used multiple AIs, clearly disclosed as to what the human intelligence (HI) is versus what the artificial intelligence (AI) has said and which AI has said what. There are some examples of AI that MHProNews has systematically debunked. For example, in the instance below, an AI was used to debunk itself.
10) While all of the AIs tested so far have various degrees of utility, in the experience of MHProNews/MHLivingNews ChatGPT has been the most problematic. There may be good reasons for that, but ChatGPT admitted as much in the article linked below.

My first mental analogy concerned chess. An ancient game ruled by tournaments, the computer version came along but experts still won. At some point, that was no longer true. Computers win every time now. That great shift was finalized in December 2006.

Has that ruined the game? No. People still play, probably more than ever.

Surely the same would be true with writing. And yet the analogy doesn’t quite work, does it? Chess is an amusement, a game. Language is life. It is how we communicate, how society works, the means by which the public mind is shaped, and ultimately how we are governed. It affects anything and everything because it is at the core of all social functioning.

What happens when AI takes over language? …

11) Jumping ahead from Tucker via the Epoch Times.

At some point this past month, I was astonished to find that my little game often resulted in a tie. If I was tired or not feeling it, AI could write a more compelling piece than I could on the same topic. This caused some serious internal reflection. Then competition. I actually got better if only to win this game of my own creation.

At some point, I realized there was another way to play. I could upload my own finished article to Grok and ask for improvements. Two months ago, it had nothing to say that I used. That has begun to change. Now it suggests elaborations or broader vocabulary or more precision on particular points. Extremely impressive.

This beast is growing and getting better by the day.

Is that good or bad? I’m not sure yet. It’s different. It’s possibly transformative…

Here is an uncomfortable fact. Grok writes better and more accurately, with more readability, than most people and even most journalists. Already I would estimate that 25 percent of what you are reading in the daily news stream is already written by AI. In six months, it will be 50 percent. In a year, it will be closer to 80 percent.

I’m lowballing it here. This is very serious. …

It has something to do with the taboo against plagiarism. We want our words to be our own. And yet we have all shared with others who have made suggestions we have accepted. Every writer has editors. When the editorial suggestions prevail, is that plagiarism? Of course not. …

I’ve frequently called Creative Commons a secret weapon of publishing. It’s secret because so many institutions are deeply attached to traditional copyright.

Incredibly, AI from all the major companies rejected copyright entirely. That means that the products of these language models are free for anyone to use. That gives them a huge advantage over nearly all content. …

What does this mean for the future? It’s good and bad. On the good side, it means that what you read in public spaces is going to be more erudite and competent than it has been in the past. It will be grammatically correct and more compelling with a more varied vocabulary.

On the bad side, AI is guaranteed to cause personal literacy and erudition to atrophy, simply because AI can always do it much better than most writers. …

What that means I’m not entirely sure. At the same time, we are going to settle into a new value attached to authenticity, personal stories, good judgment, moral argument, and real emotion—things that machines cannot reproduce. My sense is that these will grow in status.

What we’ve seen over six months is an astonishing increase in the sheer competence and erudition of AI. I assume too that we’re only at the beginning of this revolution. And it is that, no question. It is going to change everything in ways we cannot fully anticipate. …

12) Tucker then asked xAI’s Grok to provide feedback on his Epoch Time column. Per Tucker, Grok said the following.

…He’s right about almost everything, and yet the conclusion he reaches still feels a little too tidy, too optimistic. Let me push back in a few places and then tell you where I think this is actually headed.

  1. The chess analogy is closer than he admits…

  2. The 80 percent prediction is about to feel conservative
Jeffrey guesses 80  percent of daily news will be AI-written within a year. I’d put the over/under at six months, and that’s only because some legacy outlets still have union rules or brand vanity that slows them down. The economics are merciless: a competent 800-word article that used to cost $600 and three days now costs $8 and eight minutes. Every publisher is doing the math in real time. Most have already done it.

  3. Authenticity is about to become the ultimate luxury good
He’s absolutely right that “real emotion, personal stories, moral judgment” will become more valuable. But he underestimates how savage the status signaling will get.
Very soon, saying “this was written by a human, no AI assist whatsoever” will be like saying “this sweater was hand-knitted by nuns in a silent order” or “this tomato was grown in dirt, not aeroponically.” It will be expensive, faintly pretentious, and irresistible to a certain class. Expect to see little seals, notarized hash signatures, “100 percent Organic Human” badges on bylines.

  4. The real loser isn’t the writer—it’s the mid-tier publication
The individual writer who can lean into voice, experience, and risk will be fine (maybe even thrive). The places that employed armies of interchangeable 800-word explainers—Vice, BuzzFeed, Forbes.com contributors, most daily newspapers—are already ghosts or about to be. AI doesn’t kill writing; it kills writing-shaped jobs.

  5. The atrophying of literacy is overstated
Every previous literacy technology (movable type, spell-check, search engines) was supposed to make us dumber. Every single one made us, on net, more literate. I suspect AI will do the same, but in a weird way: people will write less publicly but read (and edit, critique, remix) far more. The average 25-year-old in 2030 will have a more sophisticated grasp of style, structure, and rhetoric than most 1995 English majors, because they’ll have spent years arguing with models, tweaking prompts, and watching how tiny changes produce massive swings in tone. They just won’t have many published bylines.

  6. The ethics question Jeffrey wrestles with is going to resolve itself brutally fast …

Grok also said:

My own prediction (and I have skin in this game, such as it is):

  • 2026–2028 will be the “uncanny valley” bloodbath. Flood of competent but soulless text, backlash, disgust, regulations, watermarking wars.

  • By roughly 2030 we’ll settle into a bifurcated world: hyper-abundant AI-generated content that’s shockingly good for utilitarian purposes (news summaries, documentation, reports, textbooks) and a much smaller but extremely high-status layer of certifiably human writing that people will pay premium prices for the same way they pay for live music versus Spotify. …

  • So who wins?
In the short run, the machines.

13) Behind the scenes, MHProNews has been periodically integrating the work of the co-founder’s son, “TARK.” TARK, was literally brought home to a nice HUD Code manufactured home. Tark grew up in the manufactured housing industry, as thousands of industry pros at trade shows can attest. TARK has been meeting public officials and personalities since an early age, including more recent examples.

https://www.manufacturedhomelivingnews.com/introducing-tark-who-said-im-a-teen-and-know-the-solution-to-affordable-housing-crisis/

14) More on TARK another time, but for now, let’s simply note that TARK is from a generation that is growing up with AI. But he learned English grammar in what might be described as a marvelously human intelligence (HI) fashion. While predictions deep into the future are less and less likely to prove accurate, given the sheer number of variables, TARK has been exposed to logic and sound reasoning in ways that perhaps billions of humans are not. Meaning, there are reasons to be hopeful about TARK, this publication, and the proper (vs. improper) use of AI.

15) LLM AIs are not all equal. How AI is used (admitted or not) are not all equal. MHProNews has been transparent about how and why AI has been deployed. Human writing is disclosed as is AI writing. While it is possible that AIs may have influenced this or that human author without attribution (as Brownstone’s Tucker suggested in his columns above), on MHProNews the influence has been transparent from early on and has grown in the level of transparency, where iterations of reports are available for scholars, AIs, or others to see for themselves. It is part of the ecosystem that makes MHProNews unique, and based on all publicly known information, the runaway most popular place online to get news/tips/views pros can use in modern manufactured housing history. That matters, because MHI’s larger budgets with billionaire-level backing (see preface) does not automatically ‘win.’ The superior information may win. If ‘winning’ is measured by who has the most accurate information, per multiple AIs, MHProNews has already exposed and thus ‘defeated’ MHI. That’s an intellectual rather than legal victory at this point, but sometimes the battle of ideas and reality are first won or lost in the digital world before they are fought and decided in the legal realm.

16) MHProNews programming notices. There will be an antitrust legal update expected for this week. Also expected for this week is an exclusive on an intriguing case involving an apparent intersection of tiny houses and HUD Code manufactured homes. MHProNews has periodically dipped into the tiny house topic for years, and some producers of HUD Code manufactured homes have also built or experimented with their version of tiny housing for years as well. What is anticipated could be groundbreaking and is anticipated to be news breaking. Watch for it.
