MHI’s November 2009 Monthly Economic Report.
The Manufactured Housing Institute’s actual shipments report indicates that 3,835 new HUD-Code homes were shipped in November 2009, down 23 percent from November 2008. Shipments of single-section homes were down 33.1 percent, year over year, while shipments of multi-section homes were down 15.4 percent.
