MHCV Advances 6th Straight Day, while Dow Falls over 100 Points 2nd Straight Day

stock_report_June_15In CNN News: Colt Gun maker files for bankruptcy, CVS buying Target’s pharmacies for $2 billion, Puerto Ricans fleeing a bad economy, and Los Angeles is now the largest city in the country with a $15 minimum wage.

Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) gained +0.10 percent, besting the Dow, to end the day at 725.2. Manufactured housing stocks we cover mostly closed down or even, Nobility Homes losing about half the spike it gained on Friday, dropping -5.71 percent. Skyline Corp. dropped -4.75 percent. Meanwhile, Drew Industries gained more than other tracked stocks, moving up +1.75 percent.

On the Big Board:

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell -0.60 percent, -107.67 points, to end the day at 17,791.17

The NASDAQ dropped -0.42 percent, -21.13, to close at 5,029.97.

The S&P 500 fell -0.46 percent, -9.68 points, to end at 2,084.43.
