Dow Stumbles from Energy Sell-off, Most Housing Stocks Follow

The Dow fell 130.33 points from a sell-off in gasoline and oil futures to close at 12,630.03, as most all housing stocks closed down.  UMH gained .29 percent, but it was the only one on the plus side.  Palm Harbor Homes dropped 23.33 percent, Skyline Corporation lost 4.37 percent, Cavco dropped 3 percent, Nobility Homes fell 2.86 percent, Sun Communities lost 2.54 percent, ELS fell 1.65 percent and MSCI dropped .53 percent.  Deer Valley was flat.  The Manufactured Housing Composite was down 3.38 percent to close at 1105.80.
