Dow, S&P set 5-year Highs; Skyline, Patrick Fall

Corporate earnings and tech stocks helped push all three major indexes into the plus column again today as the Dow and S&P set new five-year highs. CNNMoney reports the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained +0.49%, 67.12 points, to end the day at 13,779.33. The Nasdaq moved up +0.33%, +10.49, to close at 3,153.67, while the S&P gained +0.15%, +2.25, to close at 1494.81. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite gained +1.83% percent to close at 1,351.9. Tracked housing stocks closed mixed, but Deer Valley gained +1.67%, +0.01 to close at 0.61. Skyline Corp. lost the most of tracked stocks, dropping -4.71%, -0.22, to end the day at 4.45. Affiliated Managers Group 143.18 +0.08 (+0.06%). Cavco Industries 51.59 +0.61 (+1.20%). Clayton Homes, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, as well as MH home-building, lending and other housing suppliers parent company Berkshire Hathaway 145,568 +763.00 (+0.53%). Champion, Liberty Homes and Palm Harbor Homes all remained unchanged. Drew Industries 35.55 -0.03 (-0.08%). Equity LifeStyle Properties 71.97 -0.24 (-0.33%). Louisiana Pacific Industries 20.85 -0.25 (-1.19%). Nobility Homes 4.65 -0.10 (-2.11%). Patrick Industries 15.02 -0.52 (-3.38%). Sun Communities 43.57 +0.28 (+0.65%).
