On the Big Board:
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose strongly +1.78 percent, +282.01 points, to end at 16,167.23.
The NASDAQ also had a good day, rising +1.09 percent, +49.18 points, to end the day at 4,567.67.
The S&P 500 similarly gained sharply, +1.41 percent, +26.55 points, to finish at 1,903.63.
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) gained +1.74 percent to finish at $998.00. Tracked stocks we follow closed mixed, or remained even, although Universal Forest Products gained +3.64 percent, more than other stocks, +2.35 points to close at $66.98. Deer Valley dropped sharply, the ost of tracked stocks, -4.43 percent, losing 0.0260 to end the day at $0.5740.
