Strong earnings reports propelled the Dow to gain .42 percent to close up at 12,505.99, almost a three-year high.  Housing stocks mostly closed down for the day.  Sun Communities was up .59 percent, but Skyline Corporation lost 2.80 percent, Cavco was down 1.43 percent, Nobility Homes dropped 1.00 percent, United Mobile Homes lost .39 percent and Equity Lifestyle Properties lost .05 percent.  Deer Valley remained unchanged.  The Manufactured Housing Composite closed down 1.83 percent to 1209.90.
