MHProNews has learned from yumasun that manufactured home community (MHC) Rancho El Mirage is nearing completion in Wellton, Arizona. The 55-and-older restricted, gated community, built around select holes of the Coyote Wash Golf Course, has 202 home sites, and offers extensive amenities, including fishing and boating, a pool and spa, a 12,000 square foot recreation center, bowling and tennis as well as golf.
Available home sites measure from 55′ x 62′ to 60′ x 110′ and RV carports can be attached to the manufactured homes for RV storage. The MHC has partnered with Cavco Industries for the homes.
Mayor Cecilia McCollough said, “They have quite a few sites and a very nice facility. They had ground breaking over the summer and look close to being done now. I believe they are going to have a soft opening sometime soon.”##
