Stocks reversed a day of decline to close higher Friday. The Dow gained 22 points. The Dow Jones US Home Construction Index was off by one percent. Palm Harbor Homes gained a little more than four percent to close at 17 cents a share. UMH Properties lost a little more than two percent to close at $9.69 a share. Drew Industries closed up 1.2 percent at 20.70 a share.
