According to gwdtoday, the Greenwood City Council in Greenwood, South Carolina unanimously approved the rezoning of property along Beadle Ave. from R7 (high-density residential) to RM7 (high-density residential manufactured housing). The owner of the property intends to place modular homes on the site. Several members of the council noted it is difficult to distinguish between a site built and a modular home.
