MHProNews has learned from constructionenquirer in the UK that Elements Europe has been chosen by Berkeley Homes to manufacture 130 modular rooms for Premier Inn’s hotel in Woolwich, south London. Elements Europe will also make the stair cores and linen rooms as it works closely with EPR architects to finalize the design before the modules go into production.

The six-story Royal Arsenal Hotel will mark the second project Elements Europe has worked with Berkeley Homes on, following the completion of Green Park House, a student accommodation facility in Bath’s city center. ##
