The affordable housing industry’s hidden gems are arguably manufactured homes. Yet the industry is underperforming at a time when the need and demand for affordable homes are high.
Further, if one believes the data shared by the President of the United States (POTUS) Donald J. Trump in his 2019 State of the Union (SOTU) address last night, numerous circumstances are improving.
America’s economy as a whole – featuring historically low unemployment, and rising wages of workers – are all signs, argues the president, that the SOTU is good. He touted his success at raising the fortunes of minorities and women. Some of the speech seemed to sly imply his proof that he’s not the racist, misogynist, sexist so many of his opponents paint him as.
According to both CBS and CNN’s flash polls, the vast majority of viewers approved of the president’s address.
