From Housingwire, MHPronews.com has learned that Median home list prices have risen more than four percent over last year. The National Association of Realtors reported Thursday that while list prices are up, there are distinctions to be made in different parts of the country. The median list price edged down by 1 percent or more year-over-year in 30 markets and five had declines of five percent or more. Some of the biggest increases occured in Florida communities including Miami, Naples, Fort Myers-Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. List prices in Las Vegas and California continued to lag.
