The Texas Manufactured Housing Association (TMHA) has informed us that long-time TMHA member Bill Kotylo passed away Oct. 28, 2013. In addition to his position as president of the Standard Casualty insurance company in New Braunfels, Texas, he worked tirelessly on behalf of numerous community organizations including the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Oakwood Baptist Church, Citizens Police Alumni as well as several city boards and committees. TMHA Executive Director DJ Pendleton said of him: “Bill was a tremendous supporter of the association. He was instrumental in the most critical challenges we faced throughout the years. Bill worked tirelessly to help our industry overcome our obstacles and achieve successes we all benefit from today.” MHProNews extends its deepest sympathies to his wife and family.
