New Modular Home Owner Becomes Modular Design Consultant

The Narragansett Patch reports that Marilyn and Nick Tassielli were so dismayed by problems encountered with their stick-built home in Avon, Connecticut, they looked for options.  Nearing retirement in 1993, they researched modular home-builder Connecticut Valley Homes.  Upon realizing the quality of construction involved, they designed their own and moved in a year later, to the seaside community of Narragansett, Rhode Island.  So impressed by their new quarters, the following month Nick became a design consultant for Connecticut Valley/Rhode Island Modular.  He often invites prospects to their home as an example of what a lived-in modular home looks like, and goes over design plans and the various efficiencies available.  “I’ve owned seven homes and I believe there is just no comparison,” he said.  “The quality, value and impeccable details that are part of our modular homes just can’t be beat.”
