A new modular home dealer in Jamestown, North Dakota will allow prospective customers the opportunity to tour their model homes between 5 and 9 PM, after the office is closed for the day. Jodi and Cory Bayer’s Marvel Homes will be supplied by Wisconsin Homes of Marshfield, Wis., offering cabins, colonials and multifamily from their office and display site that is set to open this fall. Model homes will be able to be unlocked remotely for after hours viewing, according to jamestownsun. Corey Bayer says the high demand for housing in the area and the difficulty in finding a contractor led them to open the modular home business, as MHProNews has learned.
