Heraldonline reports from Toronto, Canada that Innovative Composites International, Inc. (ICI), which produces modular housing for remote locations and disaster situations, has appointed Andrew McConnell to the board of directors, replacing Chris Kruba who resigned his position. McConnell is president and CEO of Ayiigwa Corp., which works with First Nation communities regarding mineral resources and real estate issues. His business experience includes 15 years with the Royal Bank of Canada. Previous to his business career, he played football in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and the National Football League (NFL). As MHProNews reported here May 25, 2012, ICI makes modular housing which consists of panels made from thermoplastic fibre reinforced composite of recyclable materials. In addition to Canada, the company also has plants in Michigan and South Carolina.
