HamptonRoads reports from Suffolk, Virginia in the southeast corner of the state, a modular home in two sections is being moved here from North Carolina. Accompanied by escort vehicles, the procession will likely slow traffic around 1-2 PM along a route from Carolina Road to the siting at Blythewood Lane.
