Modular Home Featured in Rhode Island Home Show

Similar to the same event in nearby Massachusetts, as MHProNews reported March 28, 2014, the Rhode Island Home Show will feature a 2,800 square foot modular home assembled on site inside the Convention Center in Providence beginning Thursday, April 3. The team began working at 6 AM Monday and worked around the clock to completely assemble the fully-furnished house, inside and out, by opening day. Carol O’Donnell, owner of CRM Modular Homes, said “Proper planning, bringing everything with tractor trailer trucks. Having our cranes here, and just the logistics of everyone had a job. They knew what it was, they knew what time to be here and it just all worked together.” After the show the home will be moved to North Scituate if it is not sold, according to abc6.com in Providence. Furnishings of the home will also be for sale at the show. ##
