Christ Lutheran Church in Athens, Ohio is behind the building of the three-story modular apartment building next to the church, as athensnews informs MHProNews. The six modules that comprise the three four-bedroom apartments, a product of Unibuilt Modular Homes of Vandalia, Ohio, will be ready for occupancy by May 1. The apartment building was sited within two days.

Merl Almquist, manager of the project, said rental income will go toward debt service, with profit going for benevolent uses. A second modular building, with three three-bedroom apartments, will begin siting in early March. ##
