the unionleader informs MHProNews an amended ordinance before the town board in Windham, NH would permit multi-unit housing, including duplexes, with less than seven units in Residence C district, which is currently zoned for manufactured housing. Another ordinance would limit boarding and rooming houses to the business district, while continuing to  permit them in the rural district.
