Elkhart, Indiana-based Patrick Industries Inc. (PATK) is acquiring PolyDyn3, LLC, a producer of simulated stone and wood products for the recreational vehicle (RV) market, for $1.3 million. Also based in Elkhart, PolyDyn will be operated on a stand-alone basis in its current facility, according to rvbusiness.com. The interior and exterior applications of their product include headboards, columns, fireplaces, medallions and trim. Patrick, which MHProNews knows as a component supplier to the manufactured housing industry, projects the the new firm’s revenue will be $2.5 million this year. ##
