Business confidence rise in Germany and strong earnings from corporate America was enough to send the Dow Jones Industrial Average up one half a percentage point, +0.65, to end the week at 13,029.19. The Nasdaq lost -0.24 percent to close at 3000.45, while the S&P gained +0.12 percent, to 1378.53. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite rose +1.56 percent to close at 1035.4.
