The report indicates a combination of frugal buyers and affordable prices is spurring an increase in the sale of manufactured homes across the state. The AP notes the Idaho Statesman reported 157 manufactured homes have been sold in Ada and Canyon counties, up 29 percent from a year ago. Statewide, the increase is about seven percent.
