Manufactured Housing Composite Unchanged Third Day

While the S&P is closing in on its record high, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is up two percent on the week and the Nasdaq is up three percent, and all three closed in positive territory to end the week. CNNMoney reports the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained +126.8 points, +0.79 percent, to end the day at 16,154.39. The Nasdaq nudged up +0.08 percent, +3.36 points, to finish at 4,244.03, while the S&P edged up +8.8 points, +0.48 percent, to end the day at 1,838.63. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite remained at 689.9. Housing stocks we track in today’s trading closed mixed or even, but Skyline Corp. gained the most, gaining +1.94 percent, +0.12, to close at 6.30. Affiliated Managers Group dropped more than other stocks we track, -1.81 percent, -3.52 points, to end the week at 190.58. Cavco Industries, Inc. 74.29 +0.13 (+0.18%). Clayton Homes, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, as well as MH home-building, lending and other housing suppliers parent company Berkshire Hathaway 172,425 +203.00 (+0.12%). Deer Valley remained unchanged at 0.75. Drew Industries 49.04 -0.75 (-1.51%). Equity LifeStyle Properties 40.04 -0.08 (-0.20%). Liberty Homes remained steady at 0.73.
