Manufactured Housing Community has New Owner

Crestview Estates, a manufactured housing community in Norton Shores, Michigan has a new owner after the community’s water bills and other utilities went unpaid for several consecutive months by owner Adam Schwerin. While a group of Catholic churches paid the water bill previously, the new owners, ALT Property Management and local investors, immediately took steps to insure the continuity of utilities, providing energy-saving devices for the residents, and repaired a sewage drain that was leaking into the middle of the community. According to what mlive.com tells MHProNews.com, the county received the quit claim deed from the former property owner on March 13, 2014. ##
