In their “Thumbs Up Thumbs Down” column the poconorecord reports from Monroe County, Pennsylvania Liberty Homes received a thumbs up for its assistance in building 18 homes locally for the Monroe County Habitat for Humanity chapter. Located in nearby Pocono Lake, Penna., just south of Scranton, Liberty received the honor at a Habitat Celebration Dinner Oct. 4, 2012.
