Delaware’s First State Manufactured Housing Association has announced the two winners of its annual $1,500 Manufactured Housing Scholarship Award for 2013. Both graduates of Sussex Technical High School, Bradley Collins graduated in 2011 and is in his third year at the University of Delaware, studying finance. As MHProNews has learned from the sussexcountian, Ethan Tull is a 2013 graduate and will enter Delaware State University to study marketing.
