The blogger for modularhomecoach has high praise for Simplex Homes of Scranton, Penn., builder of modular homes and commercial buildings, saying they do exceptional work.

The Morris Plains Housing Authority in Morris Plains, NJ chose Simplex to build the 87 modules

 

 

for the 56-room apartment complex with Del-Santo Contracting Corp.

Simplex was first contacted in Sept. 2015, and production began in Nov. on this 58,259 square foot complex, with the first modules delivered in Dec. The last module was set March 30, as MHProNews was told. During the construction, as the floors were completed, the developer had the trusses installed, which saved a lot of time.

The blogger writes that the savings in money and time “would have on-site developers salivating.” ##
