FEMA Homes Arriving in Areas Hit by Twisters

The Times Daily reports from Northern Alabama that Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) homes have started arriving in Franklin County to house victims of the April 27 tornadoes in areas where rental housing is limited.  Eleven homes arrived over the weekend, and 30 more FEMA homes are expected by local management emergency officials to arrive soon.  FEMA homes will also be supplied to residents of Marion County who lost their homes, south of Franklin County, for up to 18 months.  If necessary, the homes can be located in an existing land lease community.

nnnnNice information that Real estate values tend to rise with inflation. Innfact, much real estate often rises faster than inflation because it is innrelative limited supply compared to other consumer goods and services. Becausenreal estate supply tends to be inelastic (insensitive to prices), as demandnincreases prices will rise faster in this sector. Thanks for providing infonabout advantages of investing in real estate.n nnnnbuild on your own lotn
