Manufactured housing industry supplier Encore Wire Corporation announced this week that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of two cents per share. The dividend will be paid on April 20, 2012, to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 6, 2012. Encore Wire Corporation manufactures a broad range of copper electrical wire for interior wiring in commercial and industrial buildings, homes, apartments and manufactured housing.
