The Union Bulletin tells MHProNews the College Place Planning Commission in College Place, Washington is holding a hearing to change the zoning classification for Sunset Villa Mobile Home Park from Mobile Home Subdivision to multi-family residential in order to comply with state law regarding cities’ authority to regulate manufactured housing. The change in zoning reflects changes in the city code to eliminate the designation of Mobile Home Subdivision.
