Champion Home Builders, Inc. won several honors at the 2014 Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence in Marketing and Home Design, presented by the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Building Systems Council (BSC) during their “Showcase 24” held Oct. 21. The Excellence in Home Design is for the under-2,000 square foot Rosewarne model which the company donated to an injured veteran through the House United project in last year. Partnering with Craftsman, Rebuilding Together and Next Gen as well as several nonprofits, the house was made with extra wide doorways and halls, and was displayed at both political party conventions in 2012, according to PRWeb.com. The Excellence in Marketing award was for an animated video that shows the strength and aesthetic appeal of a modular home, and ends with an actual home being displayed. Champion is based in Troy, Michigan as MHProNews knows, and builds manufactured and modular homes as well as commercial and multifamily structures. The company won five awards and one honorable mention in total.
