On the Big Board:
The Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced strongly +1.33 percent, +210.83 points, to end the week at 16,093.51, moving back across the 16k mark.
The NASDAQ gained the most of the three major indices, +2.66 percent, +119.12 points, to end the day at 4,591.18.
The S&P 500 similarly rose sharply, + 2.03 percent, +37.91 points, to finish at 1,906.90.
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) rose +2.95 percent to finish at $1080.8. Nearly all tracked stocks we follow advanced sharply, or remained even. Carlyle Group advanced the most +6.69 percent, +0.85 points to close at $13.55. Several stocks registered strong upward movement—Patrick gained +5.81 percent, Louisiana Pacific advanced +4.78 percent, and Skyline moved up +4.04 percent.
