Canadian Development may Include Manufactured Housing

A fifteen acre parcel of land in Kings County, Nova Scotia, Canada has been approved for retail and residential development, as the Kings County Council voted unanimously to give the second and final reading to the rezoning proposal for the property in Kentville. The redevelopment by Kent Building Supplies Limited would include a new retail store with smaller retail usage spaces as part of the project. To the north an area still zoned for manufactured housing would be developed residential, as kingscountynews.ca informs MHProNews, but it is not clear if the property would be rezoned or not.
