House Passes Donnelly Resolution Recognizing Manufactured Housing Week

On Tuesday, the House of Representatives passed a resolution authored by Congressman Joe Donnelly (D-IN) recognizing the importance of manufactured housing to American families and recognizing the third week in June, which is National Homeownership Month, as “Manufactured Housing Week.” Congressman Donnelly has consistently advocated for our industry since coming to Congress in 2007. Manufactured and modular housing provides homes to over 18 million Americans. Given the ongoing turmoil in the housing market, Donnelly pointed to manufactured housing as continuing to be a viable option for affordable housing for working families.
