Prayer Emanates from Manufactured Home

The Islamic Center of Clermont, Florida has been using a multisection manufactured home as a place of worship for five years, removing interior walls as the congregation has grown. Each Friday 150 people crowd into the structure, but with no more walls to remove, the leadership is seeking more space to accommodate a growing Muslim population in Lake County, east of Orlando. As orlandosentinel.com informs MHProNews, the congregation has purchased four acres in Clermont where they intend to build a 16,650 square-foot Islamic Center and mosque.
