   New MH home sales in Ohio up nearly 50% through May. Of 2,500 oil and gas wells to be drilled by 2015 in Ohio, only 68 drilled so far. Not too hard to see the tremendous growth potential for MH and Modular in Ohio in the coming months and years. MH Communities in eastern Ohio are quickly filling vacant spaces to house oil and shale workers. With the regulation of all MH activity and the recent new law providing exclusive jurisdiction of MH communities to the Ohio MH Commission, the timing could not be better to enhance the “MH h
   Housing” boom just in the infant stages here in Ohio. Oh yeah, manufacturing job increases, along with Michigan lead the nation….still more, Ohio casinos are opening throughout this year as result of new law, averaging 2,500 jobs per casino….These are all our customers. This is our “Gold Rush” !
